Getting Started (Quick Guide)

Register from "Get started" on the top screen.

image.png

Sign up by email (2 steps of registration → confirmation code)— Sign up with your email address and password (at least 12 characters, including uppercase/lowercase letters/numbers). Once you've sent it, enter the confirmation code you'll receive via email to get started.

image.png

Pick your buddy avatar and go on an adventure— Choose from 8 different characters (default). Your character walks on the map.

image.png
* We recommend sending the verification code to a webmail such as Gmail/iCloud (you may not receive a carrier email).

Even if it's your first time, choose an avatar and a guided tour will gently guide you through how to use it (you can skip it at any time, or you can play it later). You can switch between Japanese and English at any time using the buttons in the upper right corner of the screen.

The more you walk, the more experience you get

In this town, the distance you walk becomes your experience, directly.

As you accumulate EXP, your level rises, and new titles and commemorative illustrations unlock one after another.

No walking, no EXP. Today's step becomes tomorrow's "Golden Legend".
image.png

From "Apprentice Traveler" to "Golden Legend".

There are 30 levels of titles. As you trace the history of Aikawa, your status as a traveler will increase.

"Travelers on the Run", "Alley Explorers", "Regulars of Kyomachi-dori", "Slope Master", "Vein Discoverer", "Sado Storyteller", "Coastline Adventurer", "Island Guardian"... All 30 titles are waiting for you to reach.

Each level up unlocks 1 Anniversary Illustration (L001 - L030). In addition, at the milestone level (1, 5, 10, 15, 20, 30), you can also get special illustrations of characters.

* Title names, required experience points, and illustrations can be set and adjusted for each area.

Discover the city on two maps

image.pngimage.png

Use the buttons at the bottom left of the screen to toggle between them in one tap.

Only the "real" becomes the stamp.

Get within about 40 m of a landmark and the stamp becomes collectable. Photograph the landmark—something you can capture only on site—and a double check of GPS × AI image recognition certifies only genuine stamps.

* Depending on the location, the range that can be acquired is adjusted individually.
image.pngimage.png

Information to help you take photos and a border-only guide will be displayed on the camera's shooting screen!

A mysterious being floating around the map. "Flowing Soul (Nagaredama)"

On Aikawa's map roams a real-time wandering character, the "Flowing Soul".

Fluttering around the map, chasing after the flowing souls. There's one more reason to walk.

The children chase the flowing souls, and the parents level up on the slopes. A day of walking around the same city with each story.
image.png
Flowing souls can be found at about 70 meters.

The narrator is the first magistrate of Sado. Guide AI "Cho-san"

The guide character modeled on the first Sado magistrate, Ōkubo Nagayasu—"Cho-san"—walks you through the history of Aikawa (available in Japanese and English).

Conversations appear in a chat format with a typewriter effect. * Every answer cites its source, but this is a character portrayal based on a historical figure.

Your shopping becomes both "support" and a "reward"

A mechanism unique to this app. Shopping at local stores becomes your gateway to exclusive illustrations.

🧾 Just snap your receipt to earn points

● Scan the tabletop QR code at a member store

image.png

● Photograph the receipt (or the shopkeeper's note) with your camera

● The AI reads the amount automatically, then you confirm it (manual entry is fine if it can't be read).

You earn the same number of points as the amount you spend (¥1 = 1 pt).

Your 1 yen of shopping becomes 1 point, advancing Aikawa's story.
* Up to ¥50,000 per registration.

🎨 Unlock a "Point-Exchange Illustration" for 3,000 pt

Locked illustrations hide the artwork behind a "❓" placeholder—only the title is shown.

Spend 3,000 pt to unlock one and the artwork is revealed for the first time—which design appears is a surprise until you open it (blind system). An unlocked illustration can be used right away as an original T-shirt design.

There are three types of illustrations that can be collected

The conditions for each release are completely different. Walking, buying, circling -- three pleasures go hand in hand.

Pick a course and follow the story

image.png

There are two ways to start a course: "choose it in the app" or "scan the start-point QR code" (at Kirarium, etc.). You must agree (check the box) to the course description before starting.

If you have a course with clear rewards, you can see the "Points and Anniversary Illustrations" you can get before you start.

image.png

Hold your proof of completion in your hands.

image.pngimage.png

After completing the course, you can issue a completion certificate (PDF, A4 portrait).

A unique piece of paper featuring the name of the course, the date and time of completion, the number of stamps obtained, and the QR code to the merch creation page.

image.pngimage.png

Don't miss the limited time course

In addition to the permanent courses, seasonal limited-time courses make their appearance. Routes you can travel only now, and keepsake illustrations you can get only now. By next season, they may be gone.
